This video is an interview with my friend and empowerment facilitator Clara Lyons-DeVaughn, who is also the New Jersey Broker of Record for NextRE. Since 2014, Clara has headed local operations for NextRE and the company’s real estate agents working in the north, south and Jersey shore areas of New Jersey report directly to her. The company had this to say in its appointment of Clara to this critically important position:

In our 48-minute conversation, Clara explained how she came from Oakland, Calif., where she owned a real estate brokerage, to New Jersey and had to start over again.
